Kissinger: Obama Was Wrong

During Friday night's presidential debate, Barack Obama claimed that one of John McCain's advisers, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, supported his view that the U.S. president should meet with Iran's president and other rogue dictators without preconditions.

The point made McCain livid, as he repeatedly pointed out that Kissinger, his friend of 35 years, would never back such a dangerous position.

McCain turned out to be right.

Kissinger released a statement immediately after the debate. It read:

"Sen. McCain is right. I would not recommend the next president of the United States engage in talks with Iran at the presidential level."

"Look, I'll sit down with anybody, but there's got to be preconditions," McCain said during the debate. He painted Obama's previously stated position as reckless and naive.

Just because Kissinger says Obama was wrong doesn't mean Obama was lying. In any case, Kissinger is a proven liar and absolute Machiavellian rat...it's amazing any politician can claim him to be a friend and advisor and still retain power.

With that said, Obama and McCain are both extremely accomplished liars/swindlers.

Honestly, I don't think it matters whether Twiddle Dee Dee or Twiddle Dee Dum gets elected.

Either way, we are in a boat that has been taking on water for 40 or 50 years, is getting close to going under, and it still has a $3 billion dollar per day hole in it that nobody is even THINKING of plugging.

Kissinger is top of the list of most despised former public officials. For either McCain or Obama to reference him or refer to him as an authority on International relations just further demonstrates how out of touch with reality these two really are. Next, they are going to start referring to Nixon's positions on issues of trust and honesty as the benchmark.

I think TSWHTF no matter who gets elected. There is just too much stuff (that we have been talking about here for a long time) comin' together. The writing ain't just on the wall, it's on everything, and everywhere.
